Great Dirt Resources Limited is admitted to the Official List of the ASX.
AGH Law would like to congratulate the team at Great Dirt Resources Ltd (ASX:GR8), who was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Friday, 10 November followings its $5 million IPO.
The AGH Law team, made up of George Henderson and Gabrielle Davey, were delighted to work with the Great Dirt Resources team. Congratulations in particular to Marty Helean, Jeremy Whybrow, Sam Wright and Chris Achurch.
The AGH Law team were also pleased to work alongside Westar Capital on the listing.
Following its admission to ASX, Great Dirt Resources plans to use the proceeds from its IPO to fund exploration activities on the Doherty and Basin Projects, located in the Barraba of New South Wales with the aim of defining manganese mineralisation.
