George is an experienced corporate lawyer and Partner at AGH Law, which he established with Angus Henderson in 2019.
George has extensive experience advising public, private and individual clients based locally and internationally on a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial matters. In particular, George specialises in mergers and acquisitions (including takeovers and share/asset sales), capital markets (including IPOs and secondary offers), ASIC/ASX compliance and commercial contracts, and he frequently works in the energy, resources, life sciences and technology sectors.
George graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance and Financial Accounting), and has also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional.
George is admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.
