Regulatory relief for raising capital during COVID-19

The ongoing COVID-19 epidemic has caused financial hardship and uncertainty for businesses throughout the world. This in turn has created highly volatile capital markets, which many ASX-listed companies rely on to sustain their operations.

ASIC and ASX have recognised these challenges, and have provided temporary relief to enable listed companies to raise capital urgently, due to the impact of COVID-19.
