Congratulations to the team at NickelSearch Ltd (ASX:NIS) (the Company) who were admitted to the Official List of the ASX this morning, with an oversubscribed $10 million initial public offering.

The AGH Law team, made up of George Henderson, Angus Henderson and Hugo Shervington, were delighted to work with the NIS team. Congratulations in particular to Craig Moulton, Norman Taylor, Donald James, David Royle and Paul Bennett.

The AGH Law team worked alongside Discovery Capital Partners as Lead Manager on this listing as well as the Company's acquisition of the historic RAV 8 nickel mine from Medallion Metals Limited (MM8), together with the rights to various minerals, including nickel and cobalt, on various tenements held by MM8.

Following its admission to the Official List of the ASX, NIS plans to systematically explore its Carlingup Project in the Ravensthorpe Region of WA.

It has been a pleasure working alongside the NIS team and we look forward to working with the team in the future as a listed company.
