Guidance for your upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Annual general meeting (AGM) season for public companies with a financial year end of 30 June 2020 is now firmly upon us, with companies required to hold their AGM by 30 November 2020 (or, if relying on ASIC’s relief, 31 January 2021).

Download our guidance, which sets out some of the key matters for companies to consider when preparing their notice of AGM and associated documents.

AGH Law offers fixed price notices of AGM. If you need a notice of AGM or have any queries about your upcoming AGM, please get in touch with our experienced team.
