Complying with COVID-19 restrictions and your upcoming AGM requirements

On 20 March, ASIC published its 'Guidelines for meeting upcoming AGM and financial reporting requirements', which are specifically aimed at companies with a 31 December financial year that are therefore required to hold their AGM by 31 May 2020.

We have reviewed ASIC's guidelines and have set out the ways in which you can comply with the COVID-19 restrictions as well as your upcoming AGM requirements in our Insight.
