ASIC regulation of corporate finance: January to June 2019 

Every 6 months, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) releases a report on its regulation of corporate finance. These reports contain useful statistics on corporate activity and highlight ASIC’s key areas of focus in relation to fundraising, public M&A and corporate governance. 

In September, ASIC released its report for the 6 month period from 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2019, and we have summarised the key information in our Insight.
