  • Loan Agreement (Secured or Unsecured)

  • Convertible Note Agreement (Secured or Unsecured)

You will also receive:

  • Director Resolutions

  • Updated ASIC Register

  • ASIC Filings

  • A 30 minute consultation with your dedicated lawyer once the documents are completed, to ensure that they work for you
