Gabrielle frequently provides advice to our clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including IPOs, capital raisings, M&A, corporate transactions, commercial operations matters and corporate governance matters.

Gabrielle assists the team with a range of corporate and commercial work and has gained experience drafting corporate and commercial documents, undertaking due diligence investigations, undertaking legal research and participating in the core steps of corporate and commercial transactions.

Gabrielle has completed a Juris Doctor, a Bachelor of Arts (Law and Society) and a Graduate Diploma in Law, Government and Policy at the University of Western Australia. While Gabrielle was studying, she undertook clerkships at a number of global law firms. From this experience, Gabrielle has gained a significant amount of legal experience.

Gabrielle commenced as a law graduate at AGH Law in May 2021 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Australia in April 2022. Gabrielle is also admitted to the High Court of Australia.
