Alex has a wealth of corporate experience, working as a corporate lawyer and also in corporate finance for a number of years.
Alex has a range of experience in corporate and commercial matters, including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, backdoor listings, demergers, due diligence investigations, ASX compliance issues and corporate governance. Alex advises a range of industries and businesses, from ASX-listed entities to large private entities and small businesses, with a focus on the medical, technology and resources sectors.
Alex's legal knowledge is complemented by past experience working in the corporate tax and tax controversy division of a "Big 4" accounting firm and in the corporate finance and restructuring division of an international consulting firm, which allows Alex to bring a commercial and focussed approach to advising his clients.
Alex graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. Alex is also admitted as a Full Member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association.
