Yannik supports our legal team across the entire spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. This encompasses IPOs, raising capital, M&A, corporate transactions, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
Within the team, Yannik plays a key role in various corporate and commercial tasks. His proficiency extends to composing corporate documents and contracts, conducting thorough due diligence reviews, engaging in legal research, and contributing to the fundamental stages of corporateand commercial deals.
Yannik has completed a Juris Doctor at the University of Western Australia, a Bachelor of Economics and International Business at Murdoch University and a Banking Traineeship at KV ZürichBusiness School. In addition, Yannik worked in the financial advisory division of a “Big 4” accounting firm both prior to and during his law degree. While Yannik was studying, he had the opportunity to complete his Juris Doctor travelling internationally to Switzerland. Through this experience, Yannik has gained asignificant number of transferrable skills.
Yannik commenced as a law graduate at AGH Law in July 2023.
